Driving the Beloved Munchkin to school recently, I passed by a sign "Parr for Commonwealth's Attorney." So, I boogied over to the website, since I was curious about who this "Parr" was, and found: The Official Web Site For Nancy Parr - Candidate for Chesapeake Commonwealth's Attorney.
Her site informs me that she's Republican, has a cumulative 21 years of experience as a prosecutor, and is "a career prosecutor, not a politician." OK, that's a good start, but I'd like to know more about where she stands on the death penalty, and more about what she plans to do as the Commonwealth's Attorney, and what are the issues of the office which she sees as most important.
Maybe I'll drop jer an e-mail, but now it's off to take the Munchkin to school...
