Yep. Barney Frank isn't interested in fairness. He isn't interested in the 40% of Americans who don't pay taxes. He'd rather go after the "rich people" out there who are working hard, making money, creating jobs (for those 40% - well, the part who aren't on welfare), and invigorating our economy.
Nah, Barney Frank would rather make sure that the government spends money like a drunken sailor, with no checks and balances, and then - after writing all sorts of NSF checks - making "the rich" pay for it all.
Congressman Frank, you - and all your tax-and-spend cohorts - are a disgrace to America.
